About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at naqsheditions.com and any purchase made through or in connection with Naqsh Editions. Naqsh Editions is a brand operated by Prime Metal Craft LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

The Sculpture

Bloom Edition 01 is a limited-edition handmade stainless steel sculpture, limited to 100 individually numbered pieces. Each sculpture is made, finished and assembled by hand. Surface variation, tool marks, tonal differences and minor dimensional variation are expected and are part of the work.

These variations are not defects. They are inherent to handmade metalwork. Photographs, videos and written descriptions are provided to represent the sculpture as accurately as possible, but they cannot fully convey the physical finish, texture, scale or presence of the piece.

Availability and Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Adding a sculpture to checkout or submitting your details does not reserve stock. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance of the order.

We may refuse, cancel or refund an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not completed, pricing or product information is incorrect, fraud screening fails, shipping is not available to the destination provided, or fulfilment would breach applicable law.

Pricing, VAT and Duties

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The UAE price for Bloom Edition 01 is AED 6,200 including VAT where applicable. The international price for the listed international destinations is AED 8,000 unless a different price is shown at checkout.

Displayed prices include the shipping and handling stated on the website for the destination selected at checkout. For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, clearance charges, brokerage fees or similar destination charges may be payable by the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes or card expiry dates. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud prevention and transaction information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

You must provide accurate billing, contact and shipping information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping options, delivery availability and any included handling are based on the destination selected at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and email address. We are not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, duties clearance, destination authorities, weather, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the physical sculpture transfers to you only after full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection by a carrier arranged by you.

Damage, Returns and Refunds

Because Bloom Edition 01 is a limited-edition handmade sculpture, all sales are final except where a return, repair, replacement or refund is required under applicable law or where the sculpture arrives materially damaged in transit.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, contact us at hello@naqsheditions.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order details, clear photographs of the packaging and sculpture, and any carrier damage notes. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Minor surface variation, handmade irregularity, finish variation, colour difference caused by screen settings, or a change of mind after purchase does not qualify as damage or defect. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Gift Orders

If you place an order as a gift, you are responsible for providing the recipient details correctly. Gift messages may be reviewed for length, suitability and fulfilment purposes. We may refuse to include any message that is unlawful, offensive or inappropriate.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, scrape content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe there is misuse, attempted fraud, security risk or breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photography, film, text, layout, artwork, product design, the Naqsh Editions name, logo and visual identity, is owned by or licensed to Prime Metal Craft LLC.

Purchasing a sculpture gives you ownership of the physical piece only. It does not transfer copyright, design rights, reproduction rights, commercial image rights, trade marks or any other intellectual property rights in the work or brand.

Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, submitting forms or placing an order, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Metal Craft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the website or purchase of a sculpture.

Our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant sculpture, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, border or duties delays, government action, labour disruption, natural events, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, cyber incident or supplier failure.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time you use the website or place an order. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Dubai, UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, the website or any purchase.
